The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in its original condition.

How to return

If you’d like to return an item, please:

• Contact me within 7 days of delivery to let me know.•
• Return the item within 7 days of delivery, in its original condition
and packaging if possible.•
• Use a tracked postal service to ensure the item arrives safely.

Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund (minus the original postage cost, if applicable).

Cancellations

If you change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item hasn’t already been dispatched or work hasn’t started on a made‑to‑order or personalised piece.
